Limited Warranty Policy

Pacific Wireless, 14557 South 790 West Unit B, Bluffdale, UT 84065, warrants to the original consumer purchaser for two years from date of purchase that each antenna product is free of defects in material or workmanship. If, in the judgment of Pacific Wireless, any such product is defective, then Pacific Wireless will, at its option, repair or replace the product at its expense within thirty days of the date the product is returned (at purchaser's expense) to Pacific Wireless or one of its authorized representatives. This warranty is in lieu of all other expressed warranties. Any implied warranty is limited in duration to two years.

Pacific Wireless shall not be liable to purchaser, it’s customers or to anyone who may claim any right due to any relationship with purchaser, for any acts or omissions in the performance of Pacific Wireless product or services unless such acts or omissions constitute Pacific Wireless gross negligence or willful misconduct. In no event shall Pacific Wireless be liable for any special, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential losses or damages, including lost profits, arising from or related to this warranty, including the services, even if Pacific Wireless has been advised of the possibility of such losses or damages, or losses or damages resulting from any delay or failure by Pacific Wireless in the performance of the services due to any cause beyond Pacific Wireless reasonable control. In all events, Pacific Wireless maximum aggregate liability to company or any of its customers, representatives or agents under this agreement shall be the amount of the payments purchaser has made to Pacific Wireless for the services related to the alleged harm.

This limited warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, written or oral, express or implied, and sets forth Pacific Wireless sole obligation and customer’s exclusive remedy for any failure of the equipment to substantially conform to the applicable written specifications. Except as expressly set forth in this limited warranty, the equipment is sold “as is” and Pacific Wireless expressly disclaims and makes no representation or warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation, warranties or merchantability, title, non-infringement, or fitness for a particular purpose, and warranties based upon such samples, course of dealing or trade usage. Pacific Wireless makes no warranty with respect to services performed or support provided in connection with the equipment. Pacific Wireless disclaims and rejects any liability to customer, or any other individual or entity, for any injury (including personal injury or death) or any claim, loss, damage, or expense for indirect, special, punitive, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages of any kind, including without limitation loss of profits, damage to goodwill, loss or interruption of business, loss of use, or loss of data even if Pacific Wireless has been advised of the possibility of such loss. Pacific Wireless entire liability and customers exclusive remedy under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement. In no event shall Pacific Wireless liability hereunder exceed the lessor of (I) the cost of repairing or replacing the defective components of the product of (II) the purchase price paid to Pacific Wireless by the customer. The above limited warranty extends to the customer only and Pacific Wireless makes no warranties to third parties and shall not have liability to third parties.

This warranty does not extend to any products which have been subject to misuse, neglect, lightning damage, accident or improper installation. Any repairs or alterations outside of the Pacific Wireless factory will nullify this warranty.

This warranty does not cover:
Cosmetic damage, damage due to lightning or electrical surges, fire, flood or other acts of Nature, accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, and repair or alteration by other than authorized factory service.
