Connex Wireless warranties its antenna products for 2 years from the date of shipment for defects in material or workmanship. If a product is found defective due to materials or workmanship within that time, Connex Wireless will replace or repair the product at Connex Wireless’ discretion.

Connex Wireless does not warrant products for suitability in any specific application. If customer decides that product needs to be returned because it didn’t work in their specific application, Connex Wireless reserves the right to charge a 15% stocking fee.

Connex Wireless will replace or repair the defective products and return to the customer within 30 days of receipt of the defective product at our warehouse.

Regarding cancellations, Connex Wireless accepts order cancellations in writing by FAX, letter or email up until the time of shipment of the products with no additional charge to the customer. If orders are cancelled after shipment of the products to the customer, then the customer is responsible for all shipping charges to return the goods to the point of origin.
