2. Is Q-Bridge guaranteed?

3. Does Q-Bridge support VOIP?
Yes, Q-Bridge supports the VOIP protocol. We've tested with VOIP phones and also Skype, Googletalk and Vonage.

4. Do you need line of site with Q-Bridge?
Q-Bridge typically needs to be line of site. You can get away with non line of site if you are very close (less than 1mile), but at longer distances up to 4 miles there shouldn't be too many obstructions in between the sites. Most people who have a line of site problem will mount the units high on a pole so they can get pretty good line of site.

5. Can I use Q-Bridge with my 802.11g Router?
Yes, the Q-Bridge may be used with 802.11g routers.

6. What does resetting the factory default settings do?
Resetting the factory default settings will reset the Q-Bridge to the pre-configured state it was in prior to shipping.
**WARNING: DO NOT disrupt power to the Q-Bridge while resetting factory defaults. Disrupting power will render the Q-Bridge unusable.**

7. I have a link that is only 1000 feet. Why am I getting poor performance?
The default power setting in the Q-Bridge is 200mW. This power is too strong for short distances. When the antenna has too strong a signal the input gets overloaded and performance suffers. If doing a short distance link, you should reduce the device transmit power. Follow the guidelines in the user guide.
